Originally ordered the “6.25” tree only to be sent a 5.75’ tree with one center branch that took it the rest of the way in terms of height. It looked super incomplete at the top. Chatting with customer service was easy, they sent a replacement but it had the same issue despite being assured that the second tree was going to be checked for quality. I wasted almost two weeks dealing with this and decided third time around I was going to get the “6.5 H” tree.
