I just got these in the mail and the first impression is great! The white color is a vanilla bean color with dark brown speckles, the blue is a robin egg color also with dark brown speckles. I needed enough for 12 place settings so I decided to buy two boxes of white and one box of the blue. My husband wanted white dishes but I was afraid I would get bored of them so I compromised and threw a set of blue in there so I could mix and match. I love the texture, they look handmade.
