She (I won't throw her under the bus) said she would reach out to the manufacturer to confirm what an order included and email me back. In the interim I looked for other sets but continued to prefer your Pfaltzgraff set. After no response from your company, I decided to go ahead and order 2 sets, hoping they included 4 dinner plates, 4 salad plates and 4 bowls. Fortunately, that is what arrived! So I opened the email to see my box sitting on a vehicle (My mother’s SUV was sitting in my front yard, and the photo showed the dishes sitting on top of her hood). Like why?
