None of my resolution options included replacing the broken items and sending one salad plate. All I could do was partial refund, full refund, or return everything (I wouldve had to pay the return shipping). I wasnt paying the shipping so I elected the 9.29 refund. Maybe I can order individual items to replace the brokenmissing ones Otherwise, I like the set very much.
