The quality is excellent. The neutral color will blend well with most table scapes. My order arrived with two broken mugs, five dinner plates and three salad plates instead of four of each. None of my resolution options included replacing the broken items and sending one salad plate. All I could do was partial refund, full refund, or return everything (I wouldve had to pay the return shipping). I wasnt paying the shipping so I elected the 9.29 refund. Maybe I can order individual items to replace the brokenmissing ones Otherwise, I like the set very much. Its weight, minimalist design, and safety for microwave AND dishwasher mean I can easily enjoy these everyday. Im looking forward to it.

Just picked up delivery and opened the first box and a broken cup Box has broken cup wrapping seems like box was opened or maybe deliver to wrong apartment.
