5 stars mistake!!!! 1 star or less. Made mistake reviewing prior to setup attempt to participate in sweepstakes for Review!!! Big Mistake!!! Awful in every way. It is nearly impossible to unwrap light cords (as listed in instructions). Gloves included are useless. I have scratches on my hands and up both forearms from “trying” to unwrap cords completely tied around each section of the tree. Instructions - “tree sections may be wrapped in electric cords, unwrap cords first to begin setting up tree. That is as far as I made it! The simple response is “Impossible to do”. In addition, the tree branches look nothing like a tree. The material looks exactly like what it is plastic. I have had beautiful artificial trees in the past and this is not one of them!!! At first, I was very disappointed that only the tips looks like real pine branches, the rest of the branch is the inexpensive looking cut plastic that’s commonly found in low budget trees. Absolutely stunning tree. I had professional installation through Angi services. The tree came pre lit with each sections already wired. So the installer only had to piece together each section and plug in the main cord. I will say, the instructions did not include anything about the tree have a steelbraided cable and trim buckle system that attaches to the base via hooks. So that was a bit confusing. The actual pictures and instructions showed each section and how to piece together but nothing about the cable system that held the tree tight and upright. So I did take that off then realized my tree was swaying and figured out that was to help stabilize it so I had to hire additional help to comeback and reinstall the cable system on tree. Hence the lack of stars. It is very difficult to find a box to put the tree in after taking it down. So do consider that prior to purchasing 14’ tree. Overall the tree was beautiful. Really good quality stems and branches. Easy to fluff. Love how realistic the tree branches appear. So many compliments on the tree!. Allison. Thu Jan 15 2026

Looks very cute and the size is perfect for a small apartment (I got the 5'). It wasn't too difficult to fluff the branches out but the placement of the light seem pretty random and not well-thought it. There are some patches with no lights and some with excess lights. Happy with this tree! It could be a little fuller, but for the price I think it’s great. I really like the texture of it with the different style branches. Has a little more rustic/realistic look to it. Not very many lights on this tree and the cord connects branch to branch horizontally, which I’ve never had before. Once you get the tree all setup and fluffed, it works. I didn’t want a lot of lights on this tree anyway as it’s a second tree for our sunroom, so that works, too! Happy with this purchase!. Laura.
