5 stars mistake!!!! 1 star or less. Made mistake reviewing prior to setup attempt to participate in sweepstakes for Review!!! Big Mistake!!! Awful in every way. It is nearly impossible to unwrap light cords (as listed in instructions). Gloves included are useless. I have scratches on my hands and up both forearms from “trying” to unwrap cords completely tied around each section of the tree. Instructions - “tree sections may be wrapped in electric cords, unwrap cords first to begin setting up tree. That is as far as I made it! The simple response is “Impossible to do”. In addition, the tree branches look nothing like a tree. The material looks exactly like what it is plastic. I have had beautiful artificial trees in the past and this is not one of them!!! Returning. Don’t even think about buying! You will be sadly disappointed.. Kathleen. Mullica Hill, NJ. Sat Dec 06 2025

After 20 years our beautiful artificial Christmas tree had seen it's day. I donated it to a local charity and then began searching for another artificial tree that would give us the same joy year after year. Based on reviews for this tree we ordered from Birch Lane and put it up today. It's just as beautiful as our former tree but even easier to assemble. Fluffing the branches took about an hour of our time to get it perfect. We love this tree and look forward to another 20 years of Christmas celebrations around this tree!. Linda. Freehold, NJ.
