The bells are ENORMOUS and make a huge statement. As a product, they are superb. The shipping from the company however is LESS than great. I ordered two and the four halves came stacked with just thin bubble wrap between each layer. The ornament "top" pieces were in thin bubble wrap and loose in the very large box, as was the interior rod that finishes the assembled bells. There was a small section of blue "air filled" packing that in no way prevented the movement of the items in the box during shipping. This was a HUGE splurge for me so it was incredibly disappointing that box bells arrived with denting. One has minor denting on the body and more significant denting on the ornament "top" part - I tried to show in the photo. The other bell body was drastic denting. I did my best to push the dents back out from inside but the evidence of it is irreparable. The item itself is stellar but for as much as this cost, it is a shame they are already beat up looking before I even set eyes on them.
