Great value and very happy with the purchase. Showing before complete fluffing and after decorating and adding lights. Note, it’s time consuming to open up and fluff the branches and bend them in the right way. Also, adding lights are harder than I expected because there is a lot of empty space and all I could see was the light cords. But even with those complaints, I really like the finished product and like that we can choose a different type of lights with the same tree (unlike pre lit trees). Originally ordered the “6.25” tree only to be sent a 5.75’ tree with one center branch that took it the rest of the way in terms of height. It looked super incomplete at the top. Chatting with customer service was easy, they sent a replacement but it had the same issue despite being assured that the second tree was going to be checked for quality. I wasted almost two weeks dealing with this and decided third time around I was going to get the “6.5 H” tree.
