This tree had such a pretty shape in the picture, I was afraid it wouldn’t be as nice in person. Thank goodness I was completely wrong! The tree was better than its photos with a super quick and easy set up. But it took a lot of time to fluff each branch (pro tip, wear latex gloves during this process). I think I was allergic to something on it, but after a day the red itchiness was gone. The tree was so pretty just as it, that I waited to decorate it. I thought I took a picture of that phase but can’t find it, but believe the photos in this ad! The mix of needles gave it a realistic look to it! I bought a 6ft, because I’m getting older and my 9 ft tree was too much to handle. I got on the step stool once when putting up the star, that I also purchased from WayFair. (The Bethlehem Star) I would recommend this tree to everyone in need of one!! If I could change one thing, I would hope the lights had more options than just on/off. GORGEOUS CHRISTMAS TREE! I was so super nervous about ordering this tree because, while the good reviews were good, the negative reviews were pretty bad. And with our large living room with high ceilings, we need the 9' tree so it was not an inexpensive purchase. I think a lot of times this type of purchase can be a hit or miss . . . just like with cars, there's gonna be a lemon in every lot. With all that being said, I spent about 3 hours last night unpacking and fluffing. For the very first time, I set up and fluffed ONE section at a time (this big monster has 4 sections). The result is THE fluffiest fullest artificial Christmas tree I have ever seen! With the variation of branches along with the different sizes and colors of the pinecones, it is just beautiful. Note, it’s time consuming to open up and fluff the branches and bend them in the right way. Also, adding lights are harder than I expected because there is a lot of empty space and all I could see was the light cords. But even with those complaints, I really like the finished product and like that we can choose a different type of lights with the same tree (unlike pre lit trees). 8.5 height is perfect for our 9 foot ceilings. Just put it up. Used gloves to fluff and took some time, but expected with fake trees. We need to arrange the lights a little more but happy with the purchase. I understand someone said that it's low to the ground, which it is, but this doesn't really bother me.
