It is nearly impossible to unwrap light cords (as listed in instructions). Gloves included are useless. I have scratches on my hands and up both forearms from “trying” to unwrap cords completely tied around each section of the tree. Instructions - “tree sections may be wrapped in electric cords, unwrap cords first to begin setting up tree. That is as far as I made it! The simple response is “Impossible to do”. In addition, the tree branches look nothing like a tree. The material looks exactly like what it is plastic. I have had beautiful artificial trees in the past and this is not one of them!!! This tree is so pretty and easy to set up!!! Initially I was worried that the green looked TOO green because of the website picture compared to other trees on the website of a lighter green color.
