The tree is nice looking. But what isn’t apparent from the pictures is that it’s not only a flocked tree it it’s covered with glitter. Highly recommend that you put it together and adjust the branches either outside or in a garage somewhere that you don’t care if you get glitter. I’ll be cleaning up glitter for months to come. The branches were somewhat difficult to shape and cover the open spaces, but once decorated it looks good.. Mick. Woodbury, MN. Fri Dec 05 2025

5 stars mistake!!!! 1 star or less. Made mistake reviewing prior to setup attempt to participate in sweepstakes for Review!!! Big Mistake!!! Awful in every way. It is nearly impossible to unwrap light cords (as listed in instructions). Gloves included are useless. I have scratches on my hands and up both forearms from “trying” to unwrap cords completely tied around each section of the tree. Instructions - “tree sections may be wrapped in electric cords, unwrap cords first to begin setting up tree. That is as far as I made it! The simple response is “Impossible to do”. In addition, the tree branches look nothing like a tree. The material looks exactly like what it is plastic. I have had beautiful artificial trees in the past and this is not one of them!!! Returning. Don’t even think about buying! You will be sadly disappointed.. Kathleen. Mullica Hill, NJ. Sat Dec 06 2025

While I was struggling to put fairy lights on my cut tree, it tipped over, and all the lights became impossibly tangled. I was so frustrated that I began searching for an artificial tree. I chose this one because I liked the shape and it promised 2-day shipping. It did arrive in two days! After spending a couple of hours “fluffing” it, I began to decorate it. One thing I did not expect was how easy it was. If a decoration didn't hang quite right, you can adjust it by simply bending the branch. I should have done this years ago!. Nancy. Mount Shasta, CA. Pretty little tree. Easy to assemble and shape. I like that I can have colored or white lights. I took one star off for a few things.. which are strictly my opinion.. 1. More lights needed on the tree. Some areas of the tree are a little bare. 2. Twinkle mode option would be wonderful. 3. Slow mode needs to be slower, still looks/feels too fast. 4. Dimmer option on remote doesn’t work, it doesn’t dim or brighten at all.. Kristina. Abilene, TX. Mon Dec 01 2025

The shape is great but I wish the top portion of the tree had more branches to fluff to make it look fuller. The tree needs instructions on how to connect the lights properly as this was confusing. Over all it was good for the money and arrived in a week.. Monica. WI. Sun Dec 14 2025

8.5 height is perfect for our 9 foot ceilings. Just put it up. Used gloves to fluff and took some time, but expected with fake trees. We need to arrange the lights a little more but happy with the purchase. I understand someone said that it's low to the ground, which it is, but this doesn't really bother me. I like the width and the girth and there are lots of lights and replacement lights as well. Will fill in any "holes" with ornaments.. Amy. New York, NY. Thu Nov 30 2023
