The. lamp shade color is very different than what is show online. On the website it looks off white. The shade itself is very heavily textured and a taupe-gray. so not at all what was expected.

I love this little lamp. It goes perfectly in my office. The plus is that you can put up to a 100 watt bulb if you prefer lots of light. This lamp is a nice contemporary addition to my room.
