To me its chic! In the photos, when taken out of the box and installed it read chic and sophisticated. My ceiling has a bit of a slant - which has proven to be tricky installing pendant lights in the past. Not so with the [Dalena] 1 cone pendant. As it is located in a high traffic area and there are several tall people that regularly traverse the area, I opted to not use the included brushed nickel rods. I tried the shorter one but it was still just a bit too long. I think with a higher ceiling I would have used the rods for sure, but it works so smartly without using the rods. I can easily choose what length works best for me. The package came quickly although on back order and was packed very professionally from the manufacturer.. Leslie. Quakertown Pa. Tue May 02 2023
