In the interim I looked for other sets but continued to prefer your Pfaltzgraff set. After no response from your company, I decided to go ahead and order 2 sets, hoping they included 4 dinner plates, 4 salad plates and 4 bowls. Fortunately, that is what arrived! I love Birch Lane. I love these Lenox dishes. (It is my second set.) I’m always very satisfied with my orders from BL. BUT… I received a notification that the dishes had been delivered. So I opened the email to see my box sitting on a vehicle (My mother’s SUV was sitting in my front yard, and the photo showed the dishes sitting on top of her hood). Like why?
