The cabinet is lovely and quite solid. The wood is nice and the detail on the doors is quite nice. One of the doors was crooked upon arrival and needed tweaking at the hinges. The Lana Chest is a beautiful piece of furniture. It's the perfect size, and it is versatile in ways it can be used. It is solid and sturdy, the blue is gorgeous, and the door pulls are the perfect accent. It could be used in an entrance way, a bedroom, a living room, dining room or family room. It could be used for mail and keys, blankets/throws, games, sweaters, dishes, so many possibilities. It is worth the price. The build quality is also consistent with the pricing - no cheap hardware or particle board. Some car will be needed in maintaining the top, but I'll be following the instructions - and there will be no food or drinks on it anyway.
