Very solid frame. The biggest issue we had was not being aware that this bed needed a box frame. I assumed it came with slats to support the mattress, but was told that was not the case after contacting customer service about the issue. After having the frame for a month or so we have noticed a couple spots where the wood is splitting, but it's nothing that is deteriorating the sturdiness of the product. The bed arrived ahead of schedule and I really like the shade of white and the overall look. The assembly, which we did ourselves was tricky…and my husband is very handy. The hardware was tough to align (it took us an hour or more to get the left side board to latch in correctly to the headboard), the pre-drilled holes on the feet did not match the diagram and the screws that were supplied for securing the wood slats were so long they would have dangerously protruded underneath the bed (we switched those). I have a plate in my neck and I am very sensitive, this doesn’t affect it all when lying down. Based on photo I also thought height of headboard would have more grandeur than it does in real life. This dresser is constructed of beautiful nature and is customizable in many finish options.

The dressers are beautiful and very well made. I am chiming in, because our delivery people originally refused to place them in the correct room also. It was up one flight of stairs, but directly at the top--nothing insane. It wasn't until my husband pointed out that the box had "white glove delivery" printed on it that they acquiesced and placed them in the correct room.
