This is a great piece of furniture. Well made and heavy construction. I was looking for something of high quality that needed no assembly and I’m glad I chose to buy this product. I would definitely recommend this. The drawers work perfectly and are very deep and spacious. The finish is more brown than cherry but it does have a slightly reddish hue. Not much though. I was nervous because I was piecing together the bedroom set with the remmy standard bed and the rosy night stands. I do regret not buying the matching night stands but only because the handles are different but other than that the finish is almost the same and looks great. The chest of drawers is very nice looking. It is a heavy piece of furniture, but the drawers arent as sturdy as I thought they should be. I can feel them wobble a bit when opening. It seems that all furniture is like this these days. The bottom drawer has a cedar lining, and the top drawer contains a velvet lining. I am happy with the purchase, but I do wish the drawers were more stable. The delivery of this piece of furniture went well, although another piece was damaged. Birch Lane took care of that situation. I must have been mistaken by thinking the purchase included white glove delivery, but it was only delivered to the room, not unpacked.
