The cabinet is lovely and quite solid. The wood is nice and the detail on the doors is quite nice. One of the doors was crooked upon arrival and needed tweaking at the hinges. We purchased the white quarz countertop. It is exactly what we were looking for. Quality wood and countertop, looks more expensive than it was, and it is SOLID (400 lbs per the delivery team). It also has a huge amount of storage--no wasted space. We did not need any seating area and appreciated that this island utilized the underneath space for storage instead. This is a beautiful coffee table, but I'm thoroughly disappointed with Wayfair and how they have responded to it arriving damaged. It's solid wood and incredibly heavy, and it was clearly dropped during shipping. I asked for a replacement top be sent and was told that would happen no problem, only to find out on delivery date, that wasn't happening. I was ghosted...I chatted again with their customer service asking for a refund of the tabletop since I will have to get it repaired (if possible) on my own only to be told I need to return it if I wanted a refund..
