Ardentown 36 " Mango Coffee Table

Nice table. Came damaged though. Getting that sorted out was a pain. I called, they said they'd send me a new table. Sent the wrong thing. Called to let them know. They said keep the table and they would just send me a new part of the damaged area. But that will take almost 2 weeks to get the new part. Kind of annoying. I really like it otherwise I would not have gone through all the trouble to get it fixed. I would have just returned it and got something somewhere else.

Poor quality one of the legs are cracked no sense in sending a back too much trouble. I put wood glue on not happy.

Finish is weird. Item arrived damaged. Support was insisting on having me send the item back (after it was already assembled) vs. providing more than a 20% reduction.

Website photo shows a uniformity in stain, this is not at all what we received today,

I'm not impressed with the furniture, both pieces had to be replaced. The replacement top for the coffee table wasn't much better than the one that was replaced. The second end table was fine, had a good finish. The customer service part was fine. The web site could use some improving also, I ended having to place a call.
