It is nearly impossible to unwrap light cords (as listed in instructions). Gloves included are useless. I have scratches on my hands and up both forearms from “trying” to unwrap cords completely tied around each section of the tree. Instructions - “tree sections may be wrapped in electric cords, unwrap cords first to begin setting up tree. That is as far as I made it! The simple response is “Impossible to do”. In addition, the tree branches look nothing like a tree. The material looks exactly like what it is plastic. I have had beautiful artificial trees in the past and this is not one of them!!! Ultimately I'm very pleasesd with my purchase. It does require a LOT of fluffing. I spent what felt like an hour separating the branches and got sick of doing it while there are still some huge gaps. Perhaps someone with more patience and meticulousness would do better. Even with the gaps, it looks really full. The "trunk" is covered with needle-like material so that helps a lot. The "needles" are very realistic. The tips of the branches are made of a different material and look very life-like. Very easy to set up. Do yourself a favor and actually measure the area you will use for the tree. My tree is too tall for my angel, and even with the back half up against a wall with the branches still folded up, I can't use that side of my couch, but that's on me. I will say, the instructions did not include anything about the tree have a steelbraided cable and trim buckle system that attaches to the base via hooks. So that was a bit confusing. The actual pictures and instructions showed each section and how to piece together but nothing about the cable system that held the tree tight and upright. So I did take that off then realized my tree was swaying and figured out that was to help stabilize it so I had to hire additional help to comeback and reinstall the cable system on tree. Hence the lack of stars. It is very difficult to find a box to put the tree in after taking it down. So do consider that prior to purchasing 14’ tree. Overall the tree was beautiful. I've been looking at this tree for over a month, debating whether or not to order one from online. I read all the reviews, and ordered her on Thanksgiving day, and she came today. The set up was so easy. Spreading the branches does take awhile, but so worth it. We absolutely love this tree. I'm so happy I decided to get this tree. We are in absolute AWE !!!!
