Absolutely stunning tree. I had professional installation through Angi services. The tree came pre lit with each sections already wired. So the installer only had to piece together each section and plug in the main cord. I will say, the instructions did not include anything about the tree have a steelbraided cable and trim buckle system that attaches to the base via hooks. So that was a bit confusing. The actual pictures and instructions showed each section and how to piece together but nothing about the cable system that held the tree tight and upright. So I did take that off then realized my tree was swaying and figured out that was to help stabilize it so I had to hire additional help to comeback and reinstall the cable system on tree. Hence the lack of stars. It is very difficult to find a box to put the tree in after taking it down. So do consider that prior to purchasing 14’ tree. Overall the tree was beautiful. 5 stars mistake!!!! 1 star or less. Made mistake reviewing prior to setup attempt to participate in sweepstakes for Review!!! Big Mistake!!! Awful in every way. It is nearly impossible to unwrap light cords (as listed in instructions). Gloves included are useless. I have scratches on my hands and up both forearms from “trying” to unwrap cords completely tied around each section of the tree. Instructions - “tree sections may be wrapped in electric cords, unwrap cords first to begin setting up tree. That is as far as I made it! The simple response is “Impossible to do”. In addition, the tree branches look nothing like a tree. The material looks exactly like what it is plastic. I have had beautiful artificial trees in the past and this is not one of them!!! it takes a lot of fluffing to get this tree looking good. there are no branches close to the center as well as most do not have any greenery around the center, so pulling and prodding and moving the lights around to make it look fuller inside was a chore. Absolutely beautiful tree. Original got one from Balsam Fir and it was horrible, broken, plastic, just horrible. Saw the picture of this tree here and it was exactly as advertised. Love how the branches allow many options for fluffing, lights placed beautifully. Fluffing takes a bit when first out of the box but well worth it.
