Middle half of the tree will not light up. Total disappointment.

Appropriate quality for the price. Could have more lights, could have a timer and different modes to the lights but an easy fix was to purchase a separate device to hook into.

The shipping was very fast, however; when we received the tree, the power cord has been cut, and one of the branches is severely bent. I’m hoping Birch Lane will make this right.

The tree is OK. Again the lights aren’t what I expected. The box was shredded on this tree as well, and I have no way to store the tree.

5 stars mistake!!!! 1 star or less. Made mistake reviewing prior to setup attempt to participate in sweepstakes for Review!!! Big Mistake!!! Awful in every way. It is nearly impossible to unwrap light cords (as listed in instructions). Gloves included are useless. I have scratches on my hands and up both forearms from “trying” to unwrap cords completely tied around each section of the tree. Instructions - “tree sections may be wrapped in electric cords, unwrap cords first to begin setting up tree. That is as far as I made it! The simple response is “Impossible to do”. In addition, the tree branches look nothing like a tree. The material looks exactly like what it is plastic. I have had beautiful artificial trees in the past and this is not one of them!!! Returning. Don’t even think about buying! You will be sadly disappointed.
