Box came damaged and pole sticking out barley taped shut will need replacement but they sent replacement asap. Wish it had more of the quality branches but it’s beautiful

Nice tree. Sure wish the stand wasn’t missing when it delivered. Took Birch Lane a month to ship it and it arrived after Christmas. Disappointed!

Finally got my tree put up. I must say that it definitely resembles a real blue spruce. I am glad that I ordered it. I have always had real blue spruce trees for Christmas, so this is a big change after 56 years of the real deal, great smells included....but I am pleasantly surprised by this artificial tree.
