Very disappointed in the tree and Birch Ln. I purchased the tree and when I received it I found that only the bottom tier was hinged although the description did not say that. I called and was given a partial refund. A few days later I put the tree up and did the fluffing and found it is not as full as the picture shows - in fact it is very sparce. Also the lights are not satisfying at all - you can see cords everywhere. I decided to return it but the return shipping is almost $20! I will never buy from Birch Lane again!

The tree is adorable. It’s a good bit of work “fluffing” the tree. Whoever put the lights on the tree should either go to training or be put in another department. The lighting is atrocious with lots of long lengths of cord showing! It appears the strings of lights were just wrapped around the tree. A huge disappointment!

My daughter and I are so happy we chose this Christmas tree! It is very durable and looks just like a real tree! The shipping was very fast and we received it with care. We would definitely recommend purchasing from this company!

I don’t recommend! It sits crooked and had to put something under it to make it sit level.
