Frasier Grande Tree with Clear Lights

Unfortunately, a string of lights on the top are already out (I bought in November and it's February). I called customer service and they say it's out of warranty. So, decreasing my review because there's no excuse for bad customer service. Original Review: OMG!! I LOVE IT!! Arrived at 11am and this is it at noon...super easy to put together and fluff... none of the needles fell off as I was arranging the branches. Love!

This is the tree I have been looking for!!!! It is so realistic even my family thought it was real! It is absolute perfection!!! You NEED to take time to fluff the branches and make it full! Once you do it will look amazing!!!! Black Friday sale was a huge plus but worth every penny even at regular price!

Beautiful tree! I've always had real trees but after an aphid incident a couple of years ago, we decided to go the lower- maintenance route of a faux tree. We are very happy with this one! It looks beautiful and very realistic. It takes some time to fluff but it's worth it. Next year will be c the real test to see how it does after storage.

Four pieces instead of three. And the “storage container” is actually the box. Love the tree but it was not as advertised.
