I love my sofa. I give it 4 only because I have a huge problem with the fabric on one arm. The delivery man said just call and they will send a new one. After hours on hold they said there was nothing they could do. I was waiting to see if the fabric would straighten itself out. I waited 5 days and Apparently that’s too long. The driver even took a picture of the damage but that doesn’t matter. The 30 day return policy is a bunch of bull!. Toni. Joshua, TX. Sat Nov 22 2025

My leather medium blue sofa turned out well other than the back cushions which I felt were not filled well. Two of them were wrinkly and slouchy so I wrote to Birch Lane. The info was sent to manufacturer and they refused any changes. I then surprisingly received a call from Wayfair who tole me they would be forwarding a new sofa at no charge. I did much research about customer service before my purchase and I can vouch for the fact that Wayfair/Birch Lane STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. They have WON ME OVER and I will be sharing this info with all my friends from this day forward. TY so much to them.. Diane Bonnie. Bradenton, FL. Sun Sep 06 2026

I've only had this sofa for a week, so I can only comment on the look and function of the piece. It is entirely made of leather, with an interesting stitching that makes it look a bit more casual. The quality of the leather seems great. The sofa is extremely comfortable, with the seat being high enough and firm enough. The seat cushions are velcroed in place and the back cushions are zipped to the back of the sofa which allows the cushions to remain in place. The navy leather has a very rich look. Great sofa!. Kathleen. Boca Raton, FL. Sat Jun 20 2026

The slim walnut base lends a sleeker foundation than its inspiration, while keeping the look timeless.

Comfortable couch!! Just as pictured. The delivery was not great but I think that’s more about the company hired to do the delivery.
