The sofa is good quality and beautiful. The issue I had was that the hardware to attach the legs did not arrive with the sofa. It was not included where it was labeled “hardware”. Wayfair reached out to the supplier and the hardware was to be sent . It’s been a week and the supplier kept sending the hardware to an address similar to mine with the numbers reversed. I kept emailing explaining the address and my name was wrong. They replied with “ my grandchild has been sick all week”. “This is the address UPS pulls up for me “. I don’t get it, the sofa arrived to my correct address but the hardware can’t? They even went as far as putting my first name as my first and last name on the label and tried telling me UPS does that. Save your money and go elsewhere. Attached is one of the many emails the supplier sent after still sending the hardware to the wrong name and address. It’s been over a week of this and it’s as if we don’t speak the same language. Not sure why I as a customer need to know that their grandchild was sick? Totally not professional at all.

Love the soft feel of the leather and that it was easy to assemble. They do hide the legs in the zippered section underneath the couch, took a bit to find. Love the color and doesn't have any harsh smell. I recommend the white glove delivery service also as they made the delivery/assembly/ and package removal convenient.
