My leather medium blue sofa turned out well other than the back cushions which I felt were not filled well. Two of them were wrinkly and slouchy so I wrote to Birch Lane. The info was sent to manufacturer and they refused any changes. I then surprisingly received a call from Wayfair who tole me they would be forwarding a new sofa at no charge. I did much research about customer service before my purchase and I can vouch for the fact that Wayfair/Birch Lane STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. They have WON ME OVER and I will be sharing this info with all my friends from this day forward. TY so much to them.. Diane Bonnie. Bradenton, FL. Sun Sep 06 2026

Super comfy but had to return cause it was nails sticking out in the top corner. And I ordered the natural linen which looked to be creamy, but when they came in, they were white.. Tina. MO. Tue Jul 14 2026

Minimalist vibes, maximum impact. With French seams, an extra-low back line, and a clean, boxy profile, this lounge-friendly piece is the definition of cool without trying too hard. Experience sink-right-in comfort thanks to movement-friendly Pirelli webbing and high-density foam cushions with a polyfill. The full-grain, aniline-dyed Italian leather will gradually develop a unique patina as it collects markings and texture from everyday use.

Absolutely love these couches! Going from a deep seat clothe couch to these did take some getting used to as they aren’t as comfy but we get so many compliments on them!. Ellie. Fayetteville, AR. Sun Nov 23 2025
