A few things I wasn’t expecting: one, it’s a little taller than most vanities, two - it does give off a pretty heavy chemical smell. I’ve had it about 4 days and still is smelling quite a bit. Absolutely love this vanity. I was worried the wood was going to look yellow based off the pictures, but it’s beautiful. The packaging is insane and took me a while to get into, but it’s heavy and needed to be packaged well to ensure no damage. It’s really heavy, so be prepared. We just finished my son’s bathroom and I’ve got so many compliments on this piece. My only wish is that it came with a side pice to match the back splash, but we found a decent match for it. This is a very expensive single vanity that I purchased to replace my very old builder grade built-in vanity in my powder bath. It arrived packaged extremely well and was all together—no assembly required. It does not look as naturally distressed as it does in the pictures. The front facade ‘drawer’ has some edges and a corner that are not finished completely (stain not to edge and clump of sawdust in corner). Overall, it’s a big improvement on what I have in the room. Disappointingly , the cabinet doors have a good 14 between the center where they meet, appearing as a larger gap 34 of the way from top downward—narrowing at bottom. I’m hoping it’s not noticeable unless you really examine it. The self close hinges are sturdy. I can’t comment on the countertop for water issues as we don’t have it installed yet, but it looks great and appears very durable.. Tracy. Wed Mar 26 2025

Vanity was delivered just as they promised. Vanity is cute, the only issue is it’s not real wood. I had read other reviews and saw a few pictures but didn’t think it would be that bad. It seems like it is contact paper, hoping someone doesn’t scratch it and it starts to peel. Visually it is real shiny and does not look like real wood. I have decided to keep it because it is so cute and looks great in the bathroom. My husband had to cut the shelf inside to allow the plumbing to fit, which won’t be that much of an issue.
