Really beautiful piece. It looks and feels expensive, and the Heritage Blue is a beautiful shade. When looking for vanities I also loved that each drawer / cabinet was functional versus just placed there for the aesthetic, which for myself and my husband is a nice plus. The backsplash behind the sink is great, and I love the antique brass finishes which we tried to match to the other fixtures. The quality of the vanity itself is absolutely stunning. From the solid wood built, soft close drawers, decal in hardware, and marble countertops. All of this should have led to a 5 star review? Couldn’t, due to color not being anything I had imagined. Customer photos indicated a chestnut brown with a white marble countertop that had gray veins, NOPE! Color is identical to stock photo, the grayish brown with a GRAY matte countertop and and even darker gray and white vein. Vanity was delivered just as they promised. Vanity is cute, the only issue is it’s not real wood. I had read other reviews and saw a few pictures but didn’t think it would be that bad. It seems like it is contact paper, hoping someone doesn’t scratch it and it starts to peel. Visually it is real shiny and does not look like real wood. I have decided to keep it because it is so cute and looks great in the bathroom. My husband had to cut the shelf inside to allow the plumbing to fit, which won’t be that much of an issue. I love the way this looks in my bathroom. The colour is perfect and even though I wasn't sure I would like the top that came with it, I do! It is exactly as described. The only catch is that if you take the drawers out you have to flick a little catch at the back of the track to have them recess into the cabinet again. This vanity is attractive in the photo but ours arrived with a giant crack in the marble countertop, which arrived poorly packaged and in a separate piece from the rest of the vanity. We're so disappointed and instead of offering a replacement for the entire vanity, we were offered under $300, to go and find a replacement ourselves for the marble countertop, which we do not want to do.
