Vanity was delivered just as they promised. Vanity is cute, the only issue is it’s not real wood. I had read other reviews and saw a few pictures but didn’t think it would be that bad. It seems like it is contact paper, hoping someone doesn’t scratch it and it starts to peel. Visually it is real shiny and does not look like real wood. I have decided to keep it because it is so cute and looks great in the bathroom. My husband had to cut the shelf inside to allow the plumbing to fit, which won’t be that much of an issue. This is a very expensive single vanity that I purchased to replace my very old builder grade built-in vanity in my powder bath. It arrived packaged extremely well and was all together—no assembly required. It does not look as naturally distressed as it does in the pictures. The front facade ‘drawer’ has some edges and a corner that are not finished completely (stain not to edge and clump of sawdust in corner). Overall, it’s a big improvement on what I have in the room. Disappointingly , the cabinet doors have a good 14 between the center where they meet, appearing as a larger gap 34 of the way from top downward—narrowing at bottom. I’m hoping it’s not noticeable unless you really examine it. The self close hinges are sturdy. The middle cabinet has a little cut out around the pipe and every drawer except top middle opens - still offers plenty of storage. The sink is very rounded on the inside which I like. Looks like a good solid product so far. Delivery was quick. However, the price dropped by $500 the week after I bought it and Wayfair didn't price match it which was a bummer.
