The paint finishing could be a bit thicker, but considering how I’m going to repaint it so it’ll look more like the pictures shown here, that isn’t a bad thing either.. Connie. The desk is massive and made of wood. Other than that, there is a strong fume from the finish that will likely last for weeks. It constantly needs to be aired out. The build quality is questionable.
