Update- these are beautiful chairs. The material is actually quite firm yet they’re very comfortable. I didn’t get the ottomans when I purchased but after sitting on them, you definitely want to get those so you can really kick back with your feet up! The chairs are beautiful and the teak wood smells so good. Assembly was easy. My only complaint regards comfort. I like to sit up straight. These chairs are called loungers and I now understand that is because of the angle of recline designed into the chair.
