Replaced an old victorian style lamp at my historic home with this one. I was mainly looking for one that only casts light downward (to reduce light pollution) and this fit the bill. It easily lights my walkway and you can hardly tell it is on. I have a Feit wifi Edison bulb which does not extend below the rim of the lamp which is great.
