The chairs are beautiful and the teak wood smells so good. Assembly was easy. My only complaint regards comfort. I like to sit up straight. These chairs are called loungers and I now understand that is because of the angle of recline designed into the chair. Just like the sofa and chairs, it’s sturdy, well-constructed, and clearly built to last. Although I’ve only had the full set for about a month, I’m already impressed with how it handles the elements—water beads up and eventually evaporates without soaking in. I plan to apply Semco Teak Wood Sealer to the entire set soon, following the recommendation to let the wood age slightly before sealing it. Very cute! Because of my space I ordered a chair and a loveseat. The experience was completely opposite between the chair and loveseat. Chair came super fast and I was able to assemble in 20min. I was very pleased with the fabric as I was a bit concerned from not being able to see it clearly in the picture from the website. Overall, I am skeptical it will last as rated (20yrs) because I am doubting it is teak. It is solid wood just maybe not teak. The loveseat experience was a nightmare- see my other review.
