The chairs are beautiful and the teak wood smells so good. Assembly was easy. My only complaint regards comfort. I like to sit up straight. These chairs are called loungers and I now understand that is because of the angle of recline designed into the chair. I thought about returning them, but they are so pretty that I decided to get used to the angle of the back or use a pillow.

Ok, so the first ottoman I put together was perfect. Second had some stripping in the pre drilled holes. One chat with Birch Ln and a new ottoman arrived to my house in 3 days. Not only am I thrilled with the furniture, but their customer service is top notch!

Beautiful is an understatement. My patio looks like your vacation! These chairs are more brown then gray (the picture shows grey) Worth every penny
