Ordered on May 27, 2025 and received on June 5, 2025 with broken arm. I called customer service and Helen was very courteous and ordered two replacement arms to be FedExed. Received replacement arms on June 13 and the arm was broken again. Same arm broken each time. Called Customer Service again. This time Maria, again very courteous and efficient, said replacement would be sent out again. I asked for better packing material as both times the arms were packed in bubble wrap and paper. Finally received two intact arms on June 22 after it was promised on June 20. While Customer Service was responsive, I don't think I would order from them again. The quality is not what I had hoped for. It is not soft and comfortable and I'm not sure those arms will hold up.

I bought separately a chair and loveseat because of my space. I received the chair right away. The loveseat took over 3 weeks to get it and it was just left in my driveway. When I opened the packing was extremely poor and one of the legs was broken in half. I contacted birchlane and after a week I was given the option to get a leg replacement or 25off. What I cant assemble with no leg. Waited another 1.5 weeks with no updates on where we stood. The leg finally came in. I was able to assemble this after close to 2 months, in the meantime the gigantic box was in my car spot in the garage. Cute loveseat, solid wood (but perhaps not teak), so quality ok. I was pleasantly satisfied with the fabric. Taupe close to brownish.

Loveseat is great. Definitely takes longer to put together than the instructions imply. He’d screws are too soft a metal and easily strip all of the throw pillow for the loveseat and two chairs came with marks on them. The red ink from the plastic bags melted in the summer heat and transferred to every pillow. The first time I ordered two replacement pillows, you sent me one new chair, which did not help: (a) I didn’t need another chair and (b) it’s singular pillow also had marks on it. On Sunday, I finally received the requested two replacement pillows, and they also had marks on them! I’m giving up and sending all the pillows to the dry cleaner.
