The lamp is lovely. Clean lines. Great arc! The 1st lamp I received was damaged. Wayfair responded and got a new one shipped out. I thought everything was corrected on the account. I sent back the original lamp (trying to get it back in the box was difficult) and sent it back FedEX. Wayfair did not note the original return on the website, so initiated a chat on-line, there was confusion, multiple successive chats finally got the original return noted. I was frustrated, but glad to get it resolved.
