This lampshade has to be assembled. Comes smushed inside the box with a circular frame. Even after stretched, the creases don't come out.

The item arrive badly scratched in multiple locations and had a part that was broken, so I'm sitting with a broken lamp that they will only refund if I go through the trouble of sending it back. What a pain. Lamp looks like it will be nice once it's fully together, but what a shame that this company cannot take the to inspect items before they're shipped and/or package them better so they don't arrive damaged. And after all that, their options for rectifying the problem are meh and come at an inconvenience to the buyer. Won't be shopping here again.

The box looks like it had been opened previously and re-packaged. You have to assemble the shade, and after doing so there was a noticeable dent. I did not receive the named product, but a similar lamp with a different name. We also needed a floor lamp that is a taller. We did measure, but the height was measured at the curve of the arm. Birch Lane was very good at refunding us, minus shipping costs.

I was a bit disappointed with this lamp. The shade itself is a flexible cloth wrapped plastic and after it is assembled, it appears like it has “dents”. It’s definitely not worth the price.
