Love this light! We installed it in a wraparound stairwell and it's perfect. Close enough to the wall to not get bumped and multi-directional to make our stairs safe. When we received it, the threads on one of the rods that support the glass sleeve was threaded incorrectly. This is a great sconce and the basket part is real wicker, not plastic. It is slightly larger than I expected although true to measurements. It would work well next to a bed or in a large hallway, not so great for standard or more narrow hallways.
