This is a great sconce and the basket part is real wicker, not plastic. It is slightly larger than I expected although true to measurements. It would work well next to a bed or in a large hallway, not so great for standard or more narrow hallways. It is a great match with the Aisa pendant light- see photos- if you wanted to use them in the same room or area.

I really like this sconce. The rattan weaving is done well and has only a couple open ends that are visible. The color is a flat very bleached tan. It will look nice with any kind of wood tone. Keep in mind this isn’t a sconce for a blank wall. It really needs something under it to ground it bc it is angled quite a lot. The light will disperse but is definitely directional. The brass is a little brighter than some but still a nice quality look. Pics were taken in natural light only.

This sconce looks great! Its for my mudroom which is in the process of being renovated, so I wont get it installed for a bit. Overall pleased with the quality. The shade is lighter in color but still nice.
