Super bummed. Its a beautiful lamp but the switch is faulty. They sent me a replacement piece and its the exact same problem. Now they want me to take it apart and send back. Super frustrating experience

The switch doesn’t work. They sent us a new one and it also doesn’t work. It is difficult to turn and is unreliable only tuning on sometimes. The lamp is beautiful but if it doesn’t work then it defeats the point.
