I just received my dishes so haven't used them yet, but I love their look and they seem to be what I've been looking for. I would have ordered them 2 months ago but was waiting for an answer from Birch Lane regarding inconsistencies in your on-line descriptions. The Overview says 12 pc with Dinner Plates, Soup Bowls and Cereal Bowls: The Features says 12 pc with 4 bowls, 8 dinners and 4 salads, which is also what your customer representative said. She (I won't throw her under the bus) said she would reach out to the manufacturer to confirm what an order included and email me back. In the interim I looked for other sets but continued to prefer your Pfaltzgraff set. After no response from your company, I decided to go ahead and order 2 sets, hoping they included 4 dinner plates, 4 salad plates and 4 bowls. Fortunately, that is what arrived! I would suggest that you correct your website with the accurate items included in a Dinnerware Set. Now to start using the dishes!!. Deborah. Stone Mountain, GA. Mon May 25 2026

The plates and bowls seem to be good quality so far. The handles on the coffee mugs barely allow my fingers through, so the backs of my fingers are pressed up against the hot mug. My fingers are pretty thin, so a person with larger/thicker fingers would not be able to use these very well.. Chris. Virginia. Sun Feb 02 2025

Something else to love: Each dinnerware piece is microwave-safe, so you can reheat yummy leftovers, and dishwasher-safe, so you never need to fuss over who's got sink duty.

The quality is excellent. The neutral color will blend well with most table scapes. My order arrived with two broken mugs, five dinner plates and three salad plates instead of four of each. None of my resolution options included replacing the broken items and sending one salad plate. All I could do was partial refund, full refund, or return everything (I wouldve had to pay the return shipping). I wasnt paying the shipping so I elected the 9.29 refund. Maybe I can order individual items to replace the brokenmissing ones Otherwise, I like the set very much. Its weight, minimalist design, and safety for microwave AND dishwasher mean I can easily enjoy these everyday. Im looking forward to it.. Deidre. Sun Nov 19 2023
