The plates and bowls seem to be good quality so far. The handles on the coffee mugs barely allow my fingers through, so the backs of my fingers are pressed up against the hot mug. The quality is excellent. The neutral color will blend well with most table scapes. My order arrived with two broken mugs, five dinner plates and three salad plates instead of four of each. None of my resolution options included replacing the broken items and sending one salad plate. All I could do was partial refund, full refund, or return everything (I wouldve had to pay the return shipping). I wasnt paying the shipping so I elected the 9.29 refund. Maybe I can order individual items to replace the brokenmissing ones Otherwise, I like the set very much. I had a very hard time finding a set of dishes that includes a “pasta” bowl and a “cereal” bowl let alone one as beautiful as this set!
