Wasn’t sure if I was going to feel like this was a worthwhile purchase, but I am happy I did. Easy to use, so now I am not tempted to skip the sifting step! I also prefer to weigh my ingredients in grams andor ounces, so it is a winwin for me. I only gave four stars as I haven’t had long enough to comment on its longevity and quality.
