Cuisinart Hard-Anodized Aluminum Skillet

I love this pan. Very sturdy and food doesn’t stick. I recommend this pan.

Highest quality non-stick skillets, qty of 2 purchased. Heat from Burner distributed evenly throughout the skillet. Safe handle. Must be careful not to scratch inside of skillet with metal-steel utensils!! Easy to hand wash with sift sponge and dw liquid after cooling and dry with soft dish towel. Top quality by Cuisinart.

This pan is great. It's actually non-stick, it's built to last, the handle is very sturdy. It works great and doesn't discolor with an open flame stove. I'm very impressed.

I purchased a set of hard anodized pans. I have glass top stove. My old pans were not flat enough. The hard anodized are perfect. The heat conduction is amazing. You can cook at lower temperatures and seal in moisture and flavor and not burn the food.
