Loving this pan so far. Have used for 3 months and it has kept the non stick well. It is heavier but I like that it is aluminum free and ceramic for better food safety from toxic chemicals in other non stick. Cooks nice and evenly as well. This pan is awesome, I was cooking some chicken gizzards, forgot to check on them sand when I remembered they had burned and stuck to the pan.
