I’ve had this oven for about 7 years now and it’s GREAT. I use it at least once a day. It’s easy to use and easy to clean.

I've only had this a few days, purchased in September 2018, but so far I absolutely love it! It was a tossup between this and the breville smart pro, but this costs less, has a larger capacity, and a 3 yr. warranty rather than a 1 yr. I rent and have a terrible oven in my apartment, which is why I got this. I didn't even know I was making lousy toast all this time (in my cheapo 2 slicer), until I made it in this. Medium 4 setting for me, and yes, nice and evenly golden brown on the outside, and not all dried out, but tender on the inside. It was a revelation. I'm going to get fatter, I fear. I also made my favorite DiGiorno pizza on the stone, using the regular pizza setting, and it came out far better than in my regular oven. Then I made a coconut layer cake - something I can't bake successfully in my regular oven - and I did change racks after close to 20 minute. It came out PERFECT. I also reheated the pizza on the preset setting, and that was just right, too. I also made open faced sandwiches with that preset, and they were better than I've ever made before. I'm completely sold on this. I know I sound like an ad, but I can't help it. Having only had it a few days, I don't know about its durability. I already put a coat of clear polish on the buttons because of all the people complaining about the lettering wearing off, so that's a flaw I can live with. If it holds up over time, it will be one of the best kitchen purchases ever. For now, I couldn't be more pleased. Update: I've had this about a year now, using it on an almost daily basis. I'm still very glad I got this. The clear polish on the buttons is still going strong, and it works just as good as it did when first unboxed. I know I have too much free time on my hands to be coming back here, but so what. Here's an update. It's the end of April 2020, and I've used this heavily for about 1 1/2 years. It still works as good as new. No buyer's regret here. One year later, so about 2 1/2 yrs., and this still works like new. Update: 7/29/21. Easy to clean and still looks good. Had it almost 3 yrs. and it still works like new. I use it at least a couple times a week, and it does a great job. I use the pizza stone for homemade pizzas that are much better than anything I can get delivered. I believe it runs about 20 degrees hot, especially on the higher end, from 400 up, but I can live with that. Update with photos: 1/3/22. The last 4 photos are 2022. The initial coat of clear polish has held up remarkably well. The interior is not new looking anymore, but it's had a lot of hard use in the past 3 years. I've never taken the time to try to scrub it clean, and this is how it looks from just a quick wipe down after use. I'm still 100% satisfied with this oven, and would buy it again in a heartbeat. I do wish Wayfair would either answer questions correctly, or allow others to. The first question below: It comes with 2 adjustable oven racks, and a pizza stone, and a broiler/baking pan with removeable broiling tray, and a crumb tray, of course. Next question: I don't know what they're using to measure depth, but I've always thought it was front to back. This is 13", with almost an extra inch for the bump out in back, and 2" for the handle, so 16" tops. Side to side distance is just a hair over 20". Height, just over 11". Other questions: While this is not advertised as an air fryer, air frying is simply fan forced air, and this does have two convection settings. Call it whatever you want, but I "air fry" in mine all the time on speed convection. DO NOT use this in a built in cabinet or shelf unless you want to burn down the house! It gets HOT and needs some space around it. Broil goes to 500, oven to 450, which mine reads anywhere from 470 - 475. I almost never turn it up that high, though. Some of us take time and consideration to properly answer questions and review items. If you don't actually know the answer, it's best to not answer at all instead of writing wrong information as if it's the gospel. Update: 11/15/24. Still working great and used just about every day. The light has gotten a little wonky over 6 years, having to press it a few times. I can live with it. The beeper also isn't as loud or as long as it used to be, but again I don't care. The actual performance is the same as when I got it. I'll keep this until it dies on me and I hope that's not for a long time.

The door does not close completely. Heat and steam come out of the corner. At first I thought it was a vent but then realized it is the door issue.
