The Lana Chest is a beautiful piece of furniture. It's the perfect size, and it is versatile in ways it can be used. It is solid and sturdy, the blue is gorgeous, and the door pulls are the perfect accent. It could be used in an entrance way, a bedroom, a living room, dining room or family room. It could be used for mail and keys, blankets/throws, games, sweaters, dishes, so many possibilities. It is worth the price. This dresser is a good quality in terms of the material, finish, weight and hardware. The grass cloth finish on the drawer fronts is fine if you like that style. I wish they had the wood-grain drawer fronts so that it matched perfectly with my six drawer dresser. The collar and hardware is identical though so it works. Again one would expect at this price point to have soft-close drawers. You need to give these drawers a good push into place so that they are flush with the others.. Good drawer space. But we had a great experience from ordering to delivery and it was seamless, the piece is beautiful, whole, undamaged, and fits perfectly. This piece is absolutely gorgeous! Our house has lower ceilings, so it looks much bigger than I imagined, but still looks stellar. It holds more than I thought it would, and really helps to pull our bedroom together a bit more. It is HEAVY! Thankfully the delivery guys were able to get it in the general location I wanted it, but I had to move it in order to get it anchored to the wall. I understand why the one delivery guy was acting put out and irritated. Having pieces that have arrived damaged in the past, I made sure to go over it with a fine-toothed comb and it was in excellent condition.
