The media console is beautiful! The wood color is darker than expected, however, it still looks nice in my space. However, I had one issue. The screws that are supposed to hold the inner cabinet shelves were not included by the manufacturer. Although I received a credit from Birch Lane for it not being included, finding a replacement has been very difficult. It is not a standard peg and has treads. That is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Currently the shelves are sitting in the closet while I hunt for screws small enough to fit, but strong enough to hold it all up.. Adrienne. Auburn, AL. It is a very nice and sturdy piece of furniture. It is exactly what I was hoping to receive looking at pictures from posted reviews. There are two manufacturer flaws hoping to be able to fix myself. The back has a broken corner which looks caused by an overt tightened screw. One shelve pin that is screwed in is messed up. Will try to fix it but if it doesn’t work I’ll use that side for the lighter things.. Nadine. Biloxi, MS. Wed Feb 15 2023
